• What dates will your group be staying?
• How many participants will there be?
• How many youth and how many adults?
• For youth, please review our youth protection policies at the University of Utah here: https://youthprotection.utah.edu/ 
• Will your participants be arriving at the same time, or scattered throughout a day/days?
• Are there any early arrivals or late departures?
